01.Information We Collect

When you use Dioxeidium, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Data: Your name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
• Product Catalog Data: Titles, descriptions, SKUs, and specifications you upload for optimization.
• Billing Information: Payment processing is handled directly by Paddle. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous diagnostic telemetry to ensure platform uptime and response speeds.

02.How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized strictly to provide, execute, and deliver AI listing optimization services, and manage your subscription SKU credits.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your product catalog data or customer information to third parties.

03.Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following sub-processors to provide the Service, each under their own privacy and security terms:

• Google Gemini (Google LLC): Product catalog data you submit (titles, descriptions, specifications) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate AI-optimized listing copy, FAQs, and other content. See Google's API terms for how they handle this data.
• Supabase: Hosts our Postgres database and handles user authentication.
• Sentry: Receives diagnostic and error data to help us detect and fix platform issues.
• Resend: Delivers transactional emails, including support replies and account notifications.
• Inngest: Orchestrates background processing for batch listing generation.
• Paddle: Our Merchant of Record, handling payment processing, billing, and tax compliance.

We do not sell your data to these providers, and each processes it solely to provide their respective service to us.

04.Data Security & Encryption

We rely on industry-standard infrastructure for security:

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all data sent to and from our servers.
• AES-256 bit encryption at rest, provided by our database infrastructure (Supabase/Postgres), for stored listings and database records.
• Access to your catalog records is enforced server-side on every request: our backend verifies your authenticated session before returning or modifying any data belonging to your account.

05.Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to request a complete export or permanent deletion of your catalog records and account profile at any time. Email administrator@listingiqai.com to execute your data deletion requests.
