- Billing Information: Payment processing is handled directly by Paddle. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous diagnostic telemetry to ensure platform uptime and response speeds.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to deliver, improve, and secure the Dioxeidium platform. We do not sell your data to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Your proprietary product catalog data is never used to train public foundation models without explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers:
- Paddle: Merchant of Record for global checkout, billing, tax compliance, and fraud protection.
- Supabase / PostgreSQL: Encrypted cloud database and authentication storage.
- Google Cloud: AI grounding inference API.
4. Data Security & Retention
All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We retain your catalog data for as long as your account remains active. You may request full account deletion at any time.
