• Catalog Ingestion: Bulk product processing via CSV uploads, direct text parsing, and URL counter-positioning.
• Marketplace Publishing: Direct synchronization to Shopify Admin APIs and formatted exports for Amazon Seller Central.

03.Subscription Plans, Billing & Merchant of Record

Platform Protection: The Dioxeidium platform, software architecture, UI design, algorithms, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dioxeidium.

06.User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for fraudulent product listings or counterfeit items.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Resell or redistribute API access without prior written enterprise authorization.

07.Limitation of Liability

Dioxeidium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our models are designed to maximize marketplace ranking and conversion rates, Dioxeidium does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dioxeidium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
