By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

02.Services & AI Copy Generation

Dioxeidium provides artificial intelligence software tools designed to optimize e-commerce product listings, generate grounded AIDA copywriting bullets, and extract product specifications via computer vision OCR.

While our "Kika" 1.0 engine is engineered with strict numeric grounding to prevent hallucinations, you acknowledge that all AI-generated copy should be reviewed for commercial accuracy before publication to live retail channels.

03.Subscriptions, SKU Credits & Billing

Dioxeidium operates on a monthly recurring subscription model. Payment processing, currency exchange, and global tax compliance (including VAT and Sales Tax) are conducted via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

  • Sandbox / Free: 5 AI SKU optimization credits every month, automatically, no credit card required.
  • Starter Merchant ($79/mo): Grants 50 AI SKU optimization credits per billing cycle.
  • Growth Brand ($149/mo): Grants 250 AI SKU optimization credits per billing cycle, plus competitor weakness scraper.
  • Titan Enterprise ($249/mo): Grants 1,000 AI SKU optimization credits per billing cycle, plus multi-channel catalog optimization, persona simulation, and priority support.
  • Subscription credits renew at the start of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent periods.

05.Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

You retain full, exclusive commercial ownership of all output copy, SEO metadata, and product listings generated by Dioxeidium under your active account. Dioxeidium claims no copyright or royalties over your commercial listings.

06.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dioxeidium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
